7. Intellectual Property

The iCollege platform, software architecture, branding, designs and associated materials remain the intellectual property of Web Developers London Ltd unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain secure and reliable services, iCollege shall not be liable for indirect losses, operational interruptions or damages arising from unauthorised access, external system failures or misuse of the platform.
